On-site energy infrastructure
Planning permission has been granted by Hyndburn Borough Council for the approved development. The project team is actively progressing the discharge of the remaining planning conditions through the appointment of specialist consultants across the required technical disciplines.
Environmental work is being coordinated across a number of specialist disciplines to satisfy the planning requirements and support future development.
Baseline noise assessment, operational noise modelling, BS4142 assessment and acoustic mitigation design where required.
Environmental risk assessment, ground investigation, remediation strategy and verification reporting where required.
Biodiversity strategy, habitat enhancement, protected species considerations, lighting ecology and long-term habitat management.
Landscape design, soft and hard landscaping, tree protection, boundary treatment and landscape management.
Civil engineering design work is being undertaken to support the approved development, including surface water drainage, sustainable drainage systems (SuDS), highway access, vehicle tracking, turning areas, site access improvements and surface water management.
